Can’t you see?

Can’t you see, can’t you see?
The sagging of the shoulders
The void inside inside the eyes
Can’t you see, can’t you see?
The line of cowards who stand without a spine?

Can’t you see?
The arching of brow
The wrinkles on the forehead
Can’t you see?
The drops of sweat racing down the body in one fine line?

I know you see!
You see it all
You see the flesh and not the bones
You see the eyes and not the vision
You see the blue and not the grey

I know you can see! You see it all!
You see the harsh reality like a painting on the wall
You even see the melancholy swaying behind her eyes
You see everything, yet shamelessly smile while spitting out the lies!
